Human Resources Specialist (4093)

Description:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across the organization,
- Coordinate the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding,
- Administer international mobility and immigration-related processes,
- Ensure employee information is accurate and up to date within the HR system and prepare regular HR reports,
- Liaise with external payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll administration,
- Manage employee benefits administration and respond to related queries,
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture,
- Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
- A few years of experience in an HR administration, HR operations, or HR generalist role,
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline,
- Experience in an international company is an advantage,
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment,
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information,
- Confident communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
