HR coordinator

As our HR Coordinator, you will be the contact person for all HR-related queries on the hotel level, and a key member of the pre-opening team. This role secures that all HR related administrative work is done accurately in accordance with Hungarian Labor Law, and Radisson Hotel Group guidelines. The HR Coordinator also supports the General Manager, the Head of Departments, and the Regional HR structures in documentation, organization and culture, also employee engagement planning and activities.

Responsibilities
During the pre-opening process, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for setting up the necessary HR systems and processes, assisting in the hiring process of the team, and establishing our internal policies. Once the hotel is open your tasks will include processing employee data, collecting monthly payroll data, updating company policies, arranging training and assisting in the hiring process, besides other day-to-day tasks in the HR department. Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly.

• The successful candidate will have a formal education or proven working experience in Hungarian Labor Law, and a minimum of 2 years of work experience in a HR department in Hungary
• Our HR Coordinator should be able to organize and prioritize their work, as well as an excellent communicator with an open and direct communication style
• The candidate should be fluent in Hungarian and comfortable interacting with English-speaking international colleagues.
