The successful candidate will be supporting site management on general HR matters.

HR Coordinator

Your main accountabilities will be:

  • Manage recruitment & selection and onboarding activities for blue collar roles
  • Lead recruitment projects for select white collar roles
  • Manage local relationship with leased workforce providers
  • Make sure HRIS systems (SAP and WorkDay) are kept up-to-date
  • Deliver various in-house trainings supporting site leadership in building a high-performing workforce
  • Participate in monthly payroll closure procedure and manage other employee administration/relation matters
  • Contribute to the delivery of people management processes (such as Performance Management, Individual Development Planning) to foster high levels of employee engagement and commitment
  • Coach site leaders in HR and people management related matters, internal employee communication

What we would like you to have:

  • Education at BA level or equivalent – professional HR qualification is desirable
  • 3+ years generalist/ experience in a large-scale, matrix, manufacturing organization
  • Knowledge of global people management platforms – WorkDay and SAP preferred
  • Fluent Hungarian, min B1 level of English
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Experience with high-change environments
  • Positive, open, self-confident, resilient and energetic personality
