The job
- Supporting the on-boarding process (responsible for joining administration: personal data and records, preparing employment contracts and new joiner packages, declarations and other documents, performing on the HR session, holding presentation, updating documents and materials)
- Managing the E2E employment contracts & modification process
- Maintaining employee files and folders (scanning & filing documents)
- Supporting the Generalists with HR related projects, reports
- Supporting employees
- Cooperate with vendor companies
- Ad-hoc reporting
- General assistance to the local HR Team
About you
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- 2–3 years of HR assistant experience
- Independent user of Microsoft Office applications: especially Outlook, Excel, PPT and Word
- Fluent Hungarian
- Knowledge and understanding of human resource management, employment law and administration
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise and multitask
- Customer service orientation
- Agile and flexible
