What will we do together?

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations. 
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork for employee contracts, keeping touch with payroll 
  • Support employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork. 
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters. 
  • Assist in the administration of HR programs, such as employee recognition initiatives and performance management processes. 
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. 
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR metrics for analysis and reporting purposes. 
  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as assigned. 

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience-minimum 2 years- as an HR Coordinator or in a similar administrative role. 
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and procedures. 
  • Proficient communication skills in English 
  • A valid Group B driver’s license. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
