We are looking for new colleague in the position:

HR Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks related to HR activities
  • Administration, registration and systematization of employment documents
  • Preparation of labour statistics and reports
  • Administrative tasks of entries / exits
  • Regulary provide data to the external payroll specialist related to payroll accounting
  • Administration of fringe benefits
  • Managing of recruitment requisitions
  • Support recruitment and selection process (pre-screening of applicants, organizing and conducting job interviews)
  • Support of organization of onboarding process (schedule meetings for the new comers with relevant leaders and colleagues in the first 2 weeks)
  • Support of organization and administration of company events (searching places and making cost calculations to decision makings)
  • Administration and organization of occupational medical examinations (schedule appointments for new comers and organize annual examinations for each colleagues)
  • Administration related to occupational safety tasks, keeping contact with external EHS (Environmental, Safety & Health) partner on operational level, organization of EHS trainings
  • Preparation of sustainability reports to the parent company and participation in related meetings
  • Reporting to the Hungarian People Lead
  • Provide support about HRM systems (Workday, Lever) across CEE region
  • Hold trainings for People Leads and employees in CEE region as regards to HRM systems
  • Checking and helping with data input to HRM systems

Requirements:

  • University or college degree (preferably in HR)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in similar position
  • Fluent English
  • Analytical mindset
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated

Assets:

  • Experience in multinational matrix organization
