Main tasks and jobs:

Árukereső is seeking for  someone who will help us attract the best talent for the Heureka Group – not just in Hungary, but occasionally all the other markets where people love us. 

What will your tasks be?
  • End-to-end recruitment for a variety of non-R&D roles: Sales, Marketing, BI, Digital Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Communications, and Balíkobot. You might even see some IT positions.
  • Partnering with hiring managers who will value your expertise and treat you as a true partner.
  • Conducting phone pre-screenings and holding both in-person and online interviews, staying in close contact with candidates from start to finish.
  • Crafting compelling job ads and recruitment content that stands out from the crowd.
  • Contributing to Employer Branding initiatives: helping to improve our career site, organizing events, and coming up with new ways to boost our visibility.
  • Occasionally sourcing and directly approaching potential candidates—even those who don't yet know they want to become "Heurekan."
  • Participating in international HR projects, giving you the opportunity to work across borders.

Job requirements:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment and know the entire process from A to Z.
  • You are skilled in sourcing and direct search and know how to write a message that gets noticed.
  • You are fluent in English, as you will be collaborating with teams outside Hungary.
  • You have a bit of a salesperson in you—you know how to sell a role to a candidate and a candidate to a manager.
  • You are passionate about recruitment as a craft and see it as more than just filling in spreadsheets.
  • You thrive in a startup mindset: you’re comfortable with fast-paced changes, taking initiative, and owning your responsibilities.
  • You are curious, proactive, and not afraid of a challenge.
  • A sense of humor and a desire to be part of a genuine, down-to-earth team are highly welcome!
