Process Development Engineer

Feladatok:

• Developing and stabilizing production technologies and processes. The site produces plastic granules: mixing, melting, and crushing various powders and plastic raw materials to create customized products that meet client requirements in color, properties, and fire resistance.

• Designing and implementing efficiency and quality improvement solutions

• Identifying and solving production issues

• Planning maintenance and preventive actions

• Developing failure-prevention and corrective procedures

• Updating production documentation and work instructions

Elvárások:

• Experience in plastics manufacturing – granule production, extrusion, or mixing

• Work experience at a Korean company, familiarity with its culture and working style
