Lead Electrical Engineer

Feladatok:

• Lead and mentor a 4-member engineering team (2 technicians, 1 automation engineer, 1 mechatronics engineer)

• Plan, coordinate and oversee projects in R&D

• Solve challenges in the field of power engineering

• Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to support junior engineers’ growth

• Collaborate with international partners and represent the company at global conferences (Chicago, Hawaii)

• Drive process improvement and introduce new ideas
