Junior Supply Analyst Intern - Diákmunka

• Adhering with the tasks outlined in the EMS/QMS Systems of EBSC
• Preparing hydrocarbon related invoicesOrder entry into the accounting systemSupport preparation of documents and adjustments for monthly, quarterly and year-end closeMonitoring of open items / overdues and incoming/outgoing paymentsDealing with returned funds, deductions and other differencesReconciliation of billed bulk sales with stock/purchased quantitiesQuery handling and monitoringStrong interactivity with assigned Business Units, customers as well as with Business Facing FinancialsRun & verify the month end stock accounting processes, ensuring all movements correctly priced & accounted for and all adjustments madeProduce actual costs and allocations reportsReview Cost recovery reports and propose adjustmentsSupport the analysis financial results of product cost, storage and handling activities

• Ongoing studies and active Hungarian student status for at least 6 more months
• AR/AP Process- and Accounting experienceIntermediate English knowledge both written and verbalWorking knowledge of MS Office applications(Excel, Word, etc.)

• 2035 Ft/hour in gross
