About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and people‑oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing Shared Service Center in Budapest. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to build a career in recruitment, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to gain experience across a wide range of corporate functions.As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every applicant.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and proactive search
- Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a professional and friendly experience
- Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and business stakeholders
- Assist in hiring for a variety of SSC roles (finance, HR, customer service, IT support, logistics, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a customer‑facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Positive attitude and a genuine interest in people
