International Process Engineer [BE-HPEIM25]

We are seeking a Process Engineer – Injection Molding to join the expanding team of a stable, internationally backed company known worldwide for its innovative and sustainable solutions.

• Technical oversight, validation, and optimization of injection-molding processes and tools
• Evaluation of suppliers’ technologies and development of improvement proposals for implementation
• Technical support for new partners and coordination of their production readiness
• Enhancing manufacturing efficiency and quality, focusing on OEE improvement and cost/waste reduction
• Root-cause analysis of process and quality issues and development of long-term corrective actions
• Leading audits, trial productions (Run Rate), and technology approval activities
• Establishing and implementing unified manufacturing standards across the European supplier base

• Engineering degree
• At least 5 years of process engineering experience in an automotive environment
• Strong technical knowledge of injection molding (plastic molding) processes
• Confident English skills, both spoken and written
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Negotiation capability when dealing with suppliers
• Willingness to travel, primarily within the EU
