Human Resources Specialist

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, offering guidance to staff and management.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support HR policy development and ensure compliance with labor laws.

• Proficiency in English as a working language.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
