The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. Today, it is a major research and development hub within the Bosch world focusing on the big mobility trends: automated, electrified and  connected mobility. More than 2100 engineers are working together on complex automotive products within various fields of engineering from software to mechanical and hardware product development. Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

► Advises and supports managers and associates in strategic and operative HR matters
► Ensures smooth execution of HR standards, policies, and processes
► Coordination of talent & performance management processes
► Participation in yearly succession planning
► Responsible for identifying, winning, and promoting talent
►Carrying out potential reviews on the basis of comprehensive knowledge of the individuals
►Governance of remuneration development (keeping to budgets and
remuneration principles, control/approval of individual pay rises
►Supporting the continuous high volume growth of the organization, by
implementing organizational changes and fostering fast integration of
new managers


What distinguishes you:

► Relevant college or university degree
►At least 3-5 years work experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist with proven experience in Employee Relations, preferably in manufacturing environment
► Knowledge of government regulations related to labor practices, benefits, compensation and HR policy
►Advanced English knowledge, German is an advantage
►Entrepreneurial Mindset
►Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
►Goal-and result orientated personality
►Good organizational and presentation skills, proactivity
►Flexible, customer orientated mentality
