Responsibilities

We are actively seeking an HR Business Partner who will report directly to the Country Manager, fostering a seamless line of communication and collaboration not only with local leadership team but also with employees at all levels.

This role provides effective strategic and operational HR support for internal employees and external customers focused on a variety of topics. The main scope of the position is Hungary plus additional HR support for Slovenia. Further elements of the role are rolling out HR processes and supporting the implementation of global projects in the Central & Eastern Europe Region.

As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR strategies and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture, and ensure HR policies and practices align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Performance and Talent Management
  • Compensation and Benefits
  • Training and Development
  • Reporting and Planning
  • Culture & Engagement
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Personnel administration
  • HR Operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Several years of experience in a similar role
  • Language requirements: Hungarian – Native/Fluent, English – Fluent
  • Able to see the big picture and handle several topics at the same time
  • High standards of ethics and confidentiality
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and deal with ambiguity
  • Stakeholder management of multi-decision makers, colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to influence & communicate with all employees at all levels
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Good PC skills such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Affinity for HR IT-related tools and software

Nice-to-have

  • Slovenian language skills
  • Knowledge of Hungarian Labor Law
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors
