MOL Plc. Human Resources Management MOL organization is seeking a new staff member for the following position:

HR BUSINESS PARTNER (Downstream)

for a fixed-term contract

Location: Budapest, MOL Campus

Scope of the position

Provide support to the dedicated Business units (Downstream) in delivering the main HR processes (Recruitment, Performance Management, Career Management, Learning & Development, etc.).

Support planning & roll out of strategic projects from professional HR perspective.

Ensure that all the employment procedures are performed in line with relevant legislation and company regulations for employees in scope

Tasks in more details:

  • Act as primary HR point of contact and HR Advisor for your Managers
  • Collaborate with Recruitment team in ensuring efficient Recruitment & Selection processes to provide high quality workforce on time
  • Ensure that all supporting actions related to employment, contract changes and terminations are timely implemented
  • Support Change management and organizational change and design, translating business needs to HR actions
  • Support leaders in managing efficient performance and development plans as well as in creating feedback culture and represent it during every day work
  • Support Skill Development of the given function by providing coaching and facilitation support for the management as well as strengthening talent management via MOL Group’s HR processes, tools and projects
  • Drive action plans together with the leader in order to improve employee satisfaction

Requirements:

  • College or University degree
  • Fluent English and Hungarian
  • 3 years of relevant professional experience, previous experience with engineering related division support is advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Hungarian labor law
  • Driving licence and practice – Category B
  • Comfortably using MS Office applications, SAP is a strong advantage
