More about the tasks:
- Prospective team member will be responsible for preparing payroll documentation and liaising with external service provider
- Update internal HR databases – record sick or maternity leaves, holidays, overtime etc.
- You will be responsible for preparing HR related documents, contracts, employee records
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees of the organisation on related HR issues, dealing with and processing their requests and queries
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, both national and international
- Prepares reports for management
- Participate in other HR related projects as appropriate
Elvárások:
- University degree required - a relevant professional qualification in the field would be an advantage
- HR related, labor administration, payroll, social security qualifications or completed course would be an advantage
- Minimum 1-3 years' professional experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Communication skills in English
- Precise work ethic, supportive attitude
