Responsibilities
- Develop a site HR strategy in line with global corporate goals
- Collaborate with the regional and global HR organization
- Ensure employment in accordance with the labor law
- Ensuring the completeness of personal files
- Preparation of a recruitment plan, coordination of recruitment and dismissal (for both physical and salaried jobs)
- Provision of temporary staff, if required
- Coordination and development of compensation system
- Planning and continuous monitoring of annual HR budget
- Liaison with outsourced payroll accounting - daily administration, preparation, verification and approval of monthly closing, data provision
- Development and updating of internal policies in the field of HR
- Operation of the performance management system
- Coordinate the employee engagement program
- Preparation of regular reports related to site and global KPIs, taking corrective actions if necessary
- Coordination of external HR-related service providers (company doctor, work clothes company)
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the HR administrator
- Other operational, administrative and office tasks
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR (with physical recruitment skills)
- Higher education related to HR
- Experience in payroll management, education advantage
- Up-to-date knowledge of labor law
- Active written and oral English language skills
- Hungarian language knowledge is a must
- User-level computer skills (MS Office)
- Administrator knowledge of Nexon4
- Excellent communication skills
- Precision, reliability
- Own car to commuting
