Responsibilities

  • Preparing employment contracts, modifications
  • Controlling payroll calculations and analysis
  • Preparation of statements for controlling (monthly and annual reports)
  • Taking care of recruitment process
  • Arrange employee related issues
  • Keeping contact with Company’s lawyers and HR, payroll agencies
  • Organizing employee trainings
  • Organizing events

Requirements

  • University Degree in HR, or relevant studies
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR, prior multinational company experience is advantage
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, high proficiency in Excel
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Problem solving, decision making and process improvement abilities
