Responsibilities

  • Investigations: Conduct and manage investigations into allegations of corruption, financial misconduct, and other non-financial matters, including employee relations issues.
  • Analysis: Collect, analyze, interpret, and unravel complex information, presenting your findings and conclusions clearly and concisely.
  • Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on investigations, applying and maintaining progressive knowledge of investigative techniques that comply with government laws and regulations.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality, acting with sensitivity and discretion to address issues with minimal disruption to the business.
  • Compliance Leadership: Lead the Compliance topic in our Sales offices, as well as in our Mexico and Israeli sites.
  • Training: Build and deliver new hire trainings, provide regular trainings to relevant functions, and ensure the completion of our Global Compliance Training Program.
  • Due Diligence: Organize and support the Due Diligence process as required by global standards.
  • Global Initiatives: Support various Global Compliance initiatives.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, document storage systems, and disposal as per policies, including setting up systems and determining appropriate document formats.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in investigations, along with exposure to compliance or audit functions. A BA in Law or Industrial Management is essential, and having an MA or additional BAs in related fields would be an advantage. Experience in a manufacturing or pharma setup is preferred.

Our ideal candidate has a global mindset and cultural flexibility, and is open to flexible work hours as per business demands. The role requires approximately 30% travel. You should have proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, work independently, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong public speaking and presentation abilities, are also crucial.

Join our divers compliance team as the Global Lead Investigator and Regional Compliance Officer for TAPI's Sales Offices and units. In this pivotal role, you will be the go-to expert on compliance risks, controls, and mitigations, ensuring our business operations are conducted with the highest ethical standards.

This position is available remotely in Hungary with occasional travel to Debrecen site.
