As our
Trainer & Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening learning and development across Europe. You will design and deliver training programs, support the continuous improvement of
SESE Academy (our Learning Management System), and contribute to HR digitalization initiatives.
This role is perfect for someone who loves combining
training,
technology, and
HR support in a dynamic, international context.
Training & Learning (Main Focus)- Develop, update, and improve training materials (classroom, e-learning, manuals, guides).
- Deliver training face-to-face, online, and on the job.
- Evaluate training success using feedback, KPIs, and engagement data.
- Maintain high-quality content in SESE Academy and monitor LMS usage.
- Support skill and competency development programs.
- Contribute to new learning concepts and development initiatives.
- Use AI and digital tools to modernize training delivery.
- Travel to Amsterdam and Wiesbaden for coordination and training activities.
HR Systems & General HR Support- Support HR Manager with operational HR tasks when needed.
- Participate in HR system improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives.
You’ll collaborate closely with HR colleagues, managers, subject matter experts, and external trainers/vendors. Building strong, constructive relationships will be essential to your success.
