Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator – Regular / Afternoon shift

As a key expert within the Business Services function, you won’t just manage administrative tasks—you’ll manage the digital and operational flow of the talent acquisition process on a global scale. You will oversee the candidate lifecycle, ensuring interview pipelines are seamless, data is spotless, and global scaling is supported by best-in-class technology and compliant processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination & Pipeline Orchestration: Manage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, resolve conflicts, and track progress within the ATS.

  • Pre-Onboarding & Data Administration: Prepare and issue employment contracts and offer letters. Update systems (Workday) with "zero-error" precision and coordinate with HR for a successful first day.

Team Engagement & Strategic Collaboration: Regularly engage with TA Managers and People Business Partners to optimize the pipeline and share best practices.

Elvárások:

  • BSc/MSc degree (Economics, Finance, or equivalent).

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in a Recruitment Operations or HR Coordination role.

  • Hands-on experience with ATS and HRIS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and proficiency in MS Office.

  • Business language fluency in English.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.

Shift Options

We are looking for candidates for the following two arrangements:

  • Standard Schedule: Working during local business hours.

  • Afternoon Shift (13:00 – 22:00): Bridging time zones and driving efficiency. You will serve as the vital link between our global regions, ensuring real-time support for international stakeholders and candidates.
