Responsibilities

  • Coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Participation in HR administrative tasks and suggesting development plans
  • Checking and control of payroll (payroll is outsourced)
  • Management of the working time registration software
  • Management of employment law topics
  • Support of managers and colleagues in HR matters
  • Participation in organizational development projects
  • Active participation in HR projects – programs to increase employee satisfaction and retention
  • Organizational tasks
  • HR controlling tasks, reporting, data provision for partner areas
  • Organization and further development of internal communication
  • Supporting the company's tasks related to recruitment and selection

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in HR
  • Strong labor skills
  • Confident English language skills
  • User-level MS Office knowledge
  • High degree of independence and proactivity
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive, helpful and persistent personality
  • Knowledge of labor market trends
