Senior Warehouse Operation Logistics Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the warehouse and logistics operations of our EMS partner — from incoming raw materials to finished goods shipment. You will work closely with engineering, transportation, and quality assurance teams in a dynamic, multicultural environment with both Chinese and Hungarian colleagues.

Feladatok:

• Supervise warehouse operations at the EMS partner: receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and finished goods handling

• Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse team activities (material receiving, line feeding, data recording, and shipment)

• Conduct operational audits and initiate process improvement actions

• Monitor stock accuracy by reconciling system data with physical inventory; organize daily, quarterly, and annual stock counts

• Control warehouse-related costs and continuously improve layout, efficiency, and processes

• Maintain and update SOPs; participate in tendering and quarterly performance review processes

• Organize material transfers between plants, coordinating timing and transportation
