Your new role

  • Responsible for partnering with the Global Payroll engagement teams to drive Payroll delivery.
  • Review delivery of payroll processing service, ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing and associated activities are accurate and delivered within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant legislation.
  • Review and monitor for new code setup and monitor legislation changes are included in the processing.
  • Manage payroll system set-up including data migration and transition
  • Work with multi-disciplinary functions (process & technology)
  • Actively work on identifying and implementing the process standardization, simplification and automation opportunities.
  • Manage the authorized payroll applications

What you'll need to succeed

  • Prior experience in managing payroll for specific countries, high volume and multiple clients’ payroll will be a plus.
  • Good understanding of a few payroll tools/technologies
  • Good experience on functional and product capabilities of ERPs like SAP, Oracle or Workday
  • Finnish/Danish/Swedish/Norwegian language knowledge at least on an intermediate level
