Senior HR Business Partner

Main tasks, responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the dedicated teams within the company by providing a full range of human resources support, including, but not limited to recruitment, learning and development, talent management, performance management, employee relations, benefits, administration and compliance
  • Act as a partner to the departments by embedding and enhancing corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support to relevant internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the company
  • Be a strategic partner with a mindset and ability to earn respect and trust of leaders across
  • Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
  • Provide expertise and consultative support to management regarding people management matters
  • Understand market trends in business partnering and utilize it in strategic planning with businesses
  • Have curiosity to understand our business, customers, and the greater economic context which will enable to help the company achieve its mission and goals
  • Being able to create a strong internal culture, get the best out of our people, and act as a trusted champion and communications expert

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (in HR, Finance or Economics)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partner
  • Fluent, active English knowledge
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict handling skills
  • Outstanding organization and communication skills
  • Coaching attitude with business mindset
  • Positive, proactive, friendly, self-starter personality
