The Sales Operation Specialist is responsible for supporting sales funnel tracking, sales planning, performance reporting, and strategy analysis across CEE markets. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to ensure efficient and outstanding completion of all data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate combines with a broader ability to analyze and consolidate market intelligence from the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Data collection, system input and sales funnel report creation.
- Support CRM and sales funnel tracking, ensuring data accuracy and providing actionable suggestions.
- Prepare and update sales reports and dashboards on a regular basis (wholesale, retail, market share).
- Monitor dealer performance against set targets; provide insights to optimize sales outcomes.
- Conduct regular analysis of market trends, TIV, segment performance, and MG’s position in CEE.
- Collaborate with the pricing team on MSRP and TP (Transfer Price) definition and updates.
- Create and manage rolling sales plans covering production, wholesale, retail, and stock.
- Support sales strategy development and execution tracking.
- Track and evaluate the impact of promotions and campaigns on dealer performance and retail sales.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize sales strategies and key performance data from CEE markets to support regional strategic alignment.
- Contribute to regional reporting and strategy discussions based on data insights.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to support smooth operations.
- Quarterly incentive policy payment calculation.
- Stock analysis and tracking.
