• End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, from publishing vacancies and sourcing potential talent to screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers and onboarding materials.
• Partner Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing demands and create targeted hiring strategies.
• Job Postings & Content: Create and maintain clear job descriptions and publish postings on internal and external platforms.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial screening interviews and present qualified candidate shortlists to key decision-makers.
• Process Coordination: Organize and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the hiring team.
• Documentation & Compliance: Draft offer letters and prepare employment agreements while adhering to internal guidelines and legal standards.
• Candidate Experience: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely feedback and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey.
• Data Management & Analytics: Keep candidate tracking databases up to date and generate recruitment reports to optimize hiring processes.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest process enhancements and support seamless onboarding for newly hired employees.

Elvárások / Requirements

• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a Shared Service Center (SSC) or agency/corporate setup.

• Core Skills: Solid understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition processes and offer document preparation.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates.

• Working Style: Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and standard MS Office programs.

• Language Requirements: Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
