- Manage international payrolls with outsourced providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process and validate payroll data, including off-cycle payments and mass uploads.
- Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies with managers and employees.
- Maintain data integrity across HR and payroll systems, identifying and correcting errors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and global standards.
- Monitor regulatory and financial changes, adapting payroll processes accordingly.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, tax year-end documents, and related materials.
- Drive payroll projects, including vendor transitions, system integrations, and automation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Align payroll processes with both customer and regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll Shared Services for seamless operations.
- Manage payroll queries and resolve issues with root cause analysis.
- Participate in vendor and internal process improvements.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, and ensure timely payroll reporting.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of core payroll management and processes.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for payroll and proficiency in payroll-related technology and processes.
- Previous experience in payroll operations and familiarity with Workday (or other enterprise HR systems) is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills with high proficiency in English.
- Proactive problem-solving and ownership of tasks.
- Proficient use of MS Excel.
