Responsibilities

  • Your Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for global Field Services teams, ensuring efficient coordination and compliance with service level agreements.
    • Initiate and manage purchase orders while collaborating with supply chain partners, including regional hubs, warehouses, plants, and suppliers.
    • Oversee the full order lifecycle-delivery, returns, and repairs-while handling rescheduling and prioritization requests.
    • Resolve escalations quickly and provide effective solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Manage complaints, exceptions, and transportation or customs-related queries.
    • Coordinate logistics operations with carriers and ensure accurate delivery information.
    • Support planning teams with inventory and supply chain insights.

Requirements

  • What We're Looking For

    • At least 3 years of experience in logistics execution or planning.
    • Excellent English skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
    • ERP knowledge (SAP or Oracle preferred).
    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
