Key Account Manager

• Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships
• Lead annual negotiations and manage contractual agreements
• Develop and execute customer-specific business plans and yearly strategies
• Analyze market data, sell-out reports, and category insights to identify growth opportunities
• Plan and implement promotional activities in line with internal guidelines
• Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen collaboration and drive performance
• Work closely with internal functions to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
• Proven experience working independently with key retail partners
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
• Confident user of Excel and MS Office tools
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
• Valid Category B driving license

• Experience with fresh product categories
