HR Trainee - diákmunka

• Learning more about processing HR service requests, for example; worktime, employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding new joiners into their systems and offboarding leavers, learning administration
• Supporting the team to ensure that the correct data is entered into the systems in full and on time and in line with internal policies and local/global regulations
• Connecting' data from various HR systems, possibilities to analyse data for improvement initiatives
• Supporting their knowledge management expert in keeping knowledge in our HR tools up to date
• Collaborating with other teams within and outside HR
• Receive coaching & guiding from experienced HR colleagues and leaders

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Ongoing studies related to HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Training Development
• Strong communication skills in English is a must
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools;
• You are eager to learn and bring a high dose of service orientation;
• You have great attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently;
• Munkaidő:
• Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
