- Standardized job roles and work grades implementation
- Corresponding remuneration package definition and implementation
- Training and development plan establishment and management for both professional and soft skills of our teams
- Comprehensive HR data reporting implementation
Act as a link between HOPI GLOBAL Solution management and local country HR structures.
Drive the long-term HR agenda development and implementation of the company.
The position is reporting to the CEO of the company and has daily contact with Division Heads and Country leads in Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Czechia, and Poland.
Requirements

Exceptional communication and networking skills
Ability to drive projects to successful completion independently.
Strong English and Hungarian communication skills (Slovak/Czech language is an advantage)
MS Office usage
B category driver’s license and own vehicle to commute to workplace
