HR Business Partner (without Lead)
Task:
- You are responsible for rendering operative assistance to a given employee group.
- You give advice to executives and associates in all personnel-related issues.
- Within your area of responsibility, you control the candidate journey in the areas of recruiting, on-boarding and further development of employees.
- In defined recruiting projects, you control the process of active sourcing.
- In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, you take an active part in cross-functional HR projects and advance them.
Expectation:
- You have a degree - preferably also with an international background - in economic sciences, with the main focus on human resources or occupational and organisational psychology.
- You have 2 years of work experience in the field of HR as well as project experience.
- You enjoy yourself at cross-functional issues where your analytical skills as well as your creative abilities are in demand.
- You speak English fluently and are open for later international assignments.
- You work independently and process projects in a goal-driven and result-oriented manner.
Other:
- You have SAP / Workday system knowledge.
- You have work experience in the field of HR with focus on production.
- You speak German language.
