On behalf of our Partner, we are looking for a HR Business Partner for their brand new multi-tower SSC in Budapest.
Work closely with the Head of HR and act as a strategic partner
Support the ramp-up of the multi-tower SSC
Make it happen that the Center will grow into an organization of 150-200 FTEs by the end of the year
Develop local HR services including planning and tracking of recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, etc.
Be the first point of contact of the external partners (e.g. recruiting agencies, training providers, etc.)
Support the talent management opportunities, and engagement programs for the colleagues
Set up, execute and continuously update trainings for the staff
Prepare the training that is essential for the colleagues (e.g. Onboarding package, Introduction Day, etc.)
Manage employer branding activities and marketing in accordance with the international guidelines
Elvárások / Requirements
University or college degree, MBA is an advantage
Minimum 4-5 years of professional experience in the role as HR Business Partner or HR Manager, preferably from SSC environment
Proven knowledge of overall HR responsibilities (e.g. compensation & benefits, recruiting, employer branding, learning and development, engagement, performance management etc.)
Ability to manage different cultures and multinational stakeholder interests
Profound knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
Excellent English language skills, German is an advantage
