1. Separation Processing and Administration

  • Manage end-to-end separation processes, ensuring all related administrative activities are completed accurately and on time

  • Coordinate with internal departments and departing employees throughout the separation process

  • Assess, calculate, and process employee benefits and entitlements

  • Administer pension-related processes and Health & Life Insurance Scheme (HLIS) matters

2. Case Review and Processing

  • Apply policies and procedures accurately and consistently across all cases

  • Ensure compliance with established guidelines, SOPs, timelines, and case management standards

  • Maintain data integrity and financial accuracy across all relevant systems

  • Review and process cases with a strong focus on quality and compliance

3. Productivity and SLA Adherence

  • Plan and prioritize workload efficiently to meet case deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs)

  • Ensure timely and error-free processing of requests

  • Monitor SLA performance on a monthly basis

  • Utilize daily reports and monitoring tools to manage workload effectively

4. Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Elvárások:

  • Completion of secondary education (having a university degree is an advantage)
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative or clerical work experience required
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
