Feladatok:

  • Lead the HR Services team, manage budgets and allocate resources effectively

  • Ensure consistent service delivery in line with corporate SLA standards

  • Oversee payroll, HR data and time management operations with local labor law compliance

  • Drive implementation and upgrades of core HR systems in partnership with IT, using cutting-edge digital tools

  • Define system requirements and maintain HR service systems to ensure accuracy and compliance

  • Participate in the creation of local agreements on payroll, data management, and time tracking

  • Provide expert advice on local HR systems (SAP, Elida, CCM, ServiceNow, time management tools)

  • Represent HR Services in country-specific professional forums

  • Maintain comprehensive and updated documentation of all procedures and align them with company standards

  • Keep the internal HR portal informative and user-friendly for all employees

  • Lead internal and external audits, and follow through with corrective actions

  • Promote continuous service improvement through digitalization and knowledge management

  • Collaborate closely with international HR teams and share best practices
