Your new role
Our media partner company who provide brand and content licensing, sales, digital, mobile and streaming distribution rights and other services and solutions for their partners is looking for a Financial Analyst for Compensation & Headcount area. The new colleague will provide support to Financial and Business colleagues and will take part of in financial planning, assisting with financial evaluation, reporting, forecast cycles, creating long range financial plans analysis and data processing for compensation and headcount for domestic divisions.
- Update and manage compensation data in the planning tool
- Create budgets and forecast in the planning tool
- Assist in the preparation of the long range financial plans
- Assist the Compensation Manager to compare data to budget and headcount metrics
How do you know that you are the ideal candidate?
You have a degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management or related areas. You are fluent C1 level user of English language both oral and written form. Working in Microsoft Office or Excel would not cause you any difficulties.
