Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for Dutch-speaking roles, from job posting to offer stage.
  • Source and screen candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Conduct interviews in Dutch and English to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role
  • Fluency in Dutch and strong command of English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques (e.g., job boards, LinkedIn, databases)
  • Candidate needs to be currently eligible to work in Hungary.
