• Design and delivery of TSI Force related trainings
  • Managing live or online training sessions, prepare schedules and run trainings as per plan
  • Creation of new training content or updating the existing ones, provision of training materials in various formats (PowerPoint, script for videos, practical how-to guides/ PDFs)
  • Contributing to video tutorial production (recording screencasts and narration) 
  • Contributing to creation of practical user tips and tricks
  • Participate and moderate meetings and discussions
  • Autonomous collection of the required information, collecting user feedbacks
  • Agreements with external and internal service providers
  • Knowledge transfer from the professional side (product owner) / technicians (implementers) to the users / sellers
  • Close cooperation with process managers / product managers and other involved specialist

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Knowledge/Experience in adult training and training formats (training and coaching, theory&practice, in classroom and online training, etc.)
  • Ability to create training materials, guides, exercises, explanations, etc. using adult learning methodology
  • Trainer qualification/skills and at least 2 years training experience 
  • Ability to learn using TSI Force and other tools (e.g. any CRM or saleforce)
  • Excellent English and German language skills (C1/C2)
  • Knowledge/Experience with WebEx, WebEx Event, online meetings
  • Knowledge/Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Teamwork, empathy, patience, excellent communication skills, open mindset
  • Ability to put yourself in the place of the target group
  • Ability to prepare difficult issues in a target group-oriented manner
