Job description

• Develop and Maintain BI Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Snowflake to meet organizational needs.
• Report Generation and Analysis: Produce detailed reports on key metrics, including pipeline forecasts, average charge rates, and actual vs. target utilization.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from multiple sources to create unified data models that support comprehensive reporting and analysis.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure efficient data processing and quick report generation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Data Governance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and maintain thorough documentation of data models and processes.
• Support and Training: Provide support and develop training materials for end-users to ensure effective use of BI tools.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: You have 2+ years of experience as a BI Developer or BI Analyst.

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.

• SQL & Snowflake: Strong SQL skills with specific experience querying Snowflake.

• Data Engineering: Proven experience developing and managing Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines.

• Data Warehousing: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, such as star schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables.

• SaaS Integration: Familiarity with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems) and integrating data from multiple sources.

• Soft Skills: Customer-focused mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Good to have: A Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, and familiarity with Sage Intacct or Salesforce.
