- Act as the primary point of contact to ensure long-term business relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice on service products, including spare parts, retrofits, machine optimizations, maintenance contracts, and specialized customer training.
- Support customers across Eastern Europe in optimizing possibilities, increasing efficiency and implementing further technical developments
- Collaborate with Product Management to develop the service portfolio and refine sales strategies for the customer service department.
- Provide technical expertise throughout the sales process to ensure solutions meet specific client needs.
Elvárások:
- Professional background in service, sales, or project management within mechanical engineering.
- Successfully completed technical studies or comparable technical training.
- Strong ability to grasp complex technical processes quickly.ű
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hungarian.
- Willingness to travel frequently mostly within Poland and Hungary, with occasional travel to other Central-European countries.
