Treasury Analyst

• About the Role

  In this role, you will be a key contributor to our global treasury and banking operations. You will provide analytical support, ensure strong control and compliance standards, and act as a central point of contact for complex banking and treasury-related activities. The position requires strong ownership, independence, and the ability to work with diverse international stakeholders.

  Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of bank account operations: openings, closures, amendments, signature rights, and POA administration.
  • Oversee user access rights, banking permissions, security controls, and regular reviews.
  • Maintain the accuracy of bank account data in the Bank Account Management (BAM) system.
  • Partner with global Treasury, Cash & Banking and Finance teams on analyses, reconciliations, process reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Support activities related to bank relationships, cash forecasting and global treasury control frameworks.
  • Prepare and coordinate documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
  • Investigate and resolve complex cases, acting as a subject matter expert within the team.
  • Drive process improvement and root-cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
  • Around 3 years of relevant experience (Finance, Treasury, Cash & Banking, Data Management).
  • Solid understanding of banking processes and treasury operations.
  • Excellent English skills (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with proven stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

  Nice to Have

  • SAP experience.
  • Previous exposure to a multinational or shared services environment.
  • Additional European or Asian language skills.
  • Data management certification.
