Transaction Operation Analyst

• Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate the quality of transactions and documentation received from external asset managers
  • Accurately and promptly record new transactions in the accounting system, including instrument setup
  • Perform daily operational tasks, including identifying and resolving discrepancies and monitoring dashboards
  • Improve straight-through processing (STP) rates to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support the onboarding of new partners and financial instruments into the existing framework
  • Ensure data alignment between investment managers and administrators

• Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree in Finance or Economics
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a related field
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with financial instruments and capital markets
  • Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Our international financial institution partner is expanding its investment management team in Budapest and is looking for new colleagues to join as Transaction Operation Analysts. This is a newly forming local team, and we are seeking its first members who will actively collaborate with the international central unit on core responsibilities.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to monitor transactions received from external asset management partners and ensure data consistency to support smooth and high-quality data flow.
