In your daily work, you will be responsible for:
- Technical Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues related to third-party integrations, including API failures, data transfer errors, and system inconsistencies.
- Team Support and Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to the data entry worker in Hungary, including taking over their responsibilities during absences due to illness or vacation.
- Interface Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health of system interfaces, proactively identifying and addressing anomalies in data delivery or functionality.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development teams and external partners to ensure reliable and stable data exchange between systems.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough documentation of interface behavior, integration specifics, and edge cases to support developers and business stakeholders.
- Data Analysis Support: Assist internal teams - such as business and product departments - by providing analysis and insights based on data from integrated systems.
- Integration Testing: Support the onboarding of new integrations through structured testing and validation processes to ensure functionality and data integrity
- Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related experience in technical support or integration roles
- Proactive communicator; able to explain tech details clearly to various stakeholders
- One week each month we ask you to be available for afternoon shift from 4 pm till 10 pm.
