Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations)

Task:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Operations) is responsible for creating and implementing effective hiring strategies and ensuring a continuous supply of the best talent for our expanding operations.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at our company, you will play an essential role in supporting our recruitment needs across multiple countries and business units. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives, networking to find the brightest candidates, and maintaining an excellent candidate experience. You will act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand and will be directly involved in setting recruitment trends instead of merely following them. This role requires a sharp focus on delivery, excellent stakeholder management, and an in-depth understanding of the market.

- Proven track record in delivering against business demand
- Ability to perform comprehensive candidate assessments (cultural fit, soft skills, relevant knowledge)
- Experience with various selection processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently
- Language expertise: Hungarian and English is required, additional languages are a plus
