Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Business Partner is a key position in our Organization. The role is not administrative; it is much more about actively supporting the Business Operations - advising leaders, driving organizational development, and managing the human resources aspects of daily operations. This is a role where HR truly impacts results, and its presence is felt in decision-making.

Partner with Site Management: Develop and deploy HR strategies aligned with business needs to build a high-performing organization that delivers sustainable growth.
Strategic HR Consulting: Advise on organizational design, restructuring, talent management, career development, succession planning, and leadership selection.
Drive HR Initiatives: Lead programs such as workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation reviews, and compliance.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with local and regional HR teams and subject matter experts to deliver integrated people solutions.
Enable Leaders: Communicate and train managers on new HR programs, systems, and processes.
Ensure Compliance: Support policy implementation and represent the site during audits to meet automotive standards.
Communicate Effectively: Share key goals and priorities through presentations, written communications, and employee engagement sessions.
Resolve Complex Issues: Manage employee relations, conduct thorough investigations, and maintain positive workplace relationships.
Lead Projects: Develop and manage HR projects, programs, and initiatives that drive organizational success.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in an equivalent role
Background in manufacturing operations
Strong proficiency in English and Hungarian, both written and verbal
