Senior Sourcing Recruiter German-speaking

We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our brand new team to source the best talent for one of our biggest and newest clients from healthcare industry.

What you will do:

• Source diverse candidates using various sourcing channels internationally
• Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each role
• Conduct screening interviews with candidates
• Provide great candidate experience
• Deliver updates and data from the market

What we would like you to have:

• Professional level of English and German is a must (you will work in both languages)
• Previous recruitment experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Autonomous, proactive and curious
• A flexible approach, as the new client implementation phase makes this role very dynamic
• Willing to visit an office at least 2 times a month
