At MP Solutions Ltd., we are looking for a Senior RPO Recruiter with a strong IT / Tech focus, who feels at home in complex, fast-paced technology hiring environments. This role is not about posting jobs and waiting. It’s about owning IT/Tech recruitment end to end, partnering with stakeholders, and consistently delivering high-quality technical talent.
 

You will work primarily on IT and technology-driven roles, acting as a true extension of our clients’ teams and a trusted advisor to hiring managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage end-to-end IT / Tech recruitment processes from intake to offer
  • Work on a wide range of technical positions
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, tech communities, direct search)
  • Build long-term, consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders
  • Actively participate in technical and competency-based interviews
  • Manage candidate pipelines, ATS, and all related recruitment administration
  • Lead offer management and salary negotiations, ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Deliver regular reports and market insights to senior management on hiring progress, talent availability, and best practices
  • Continuously optimize IT recruitment processes based on market trends and data

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on IT / Tech roles
  • Proven background in RPO, agency, or complex in-house tech recruitment
  • Solid understanding of technology roles, skill sets, and hiring challenges
  • Confidence in sourcing and assessing high-demand technical profiles
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions in competitive markets
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and modern recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong MS Office skills
