Explores all possible channels and connects with potential candidates online and offline, screens applications and supports hiring managers.

Responsible for tracking all relevant recruitment data and reporting.
Support and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Represent the company at different hiring events.

Elvárások:
Min BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Min 5 yrs experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role dealing with high volume recruitment preferably at a multinational manufacturing company.
Experience with relevant job sites, familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other HR Management software and databases, SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
Sound knowledge of data privacy legislations.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Hungarian and in English.
