Senior recruiter blue-collar

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to onboarding
• Deliver high-volume blue-collar hiring for logistics and warehouse operations (packaging, operators, support roles)
• Handle white-collar and specialist hiring when required
• Build quarterly and monthly hiring plans based on workforce demand
• Select and manage sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, databases, agencies, referrals)
• Cooperate with external recruitment agencies and service providers
• Maintain recruitment funnel data and ensure time-to-fill targets are met
• Support employer branding and local sourcing initiatives
• Ensure positive candidate experience and professional communication throughout the process
• Work closely with local HR and international stakeholders
• Support recruitment process setup and continuous improvement

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
• Strong background in blue-collar / mass hiring (logistics, warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment)
• Experience managing agency partners and multiple sourcing channels
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Confident English communication skills (daily working language)
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
• Knowledge of local labor market specifics outside Budapest is an advantage
• Willingness to travel/work regularly in Hatvan
