Responsibilities

  • Identify needs and requirements of clients and advise clients how to use products and services efficiently.
  • Client & Customer Management (Internal)
  • Carry out prescribed internal client management activities and provide support to others by following existing procedures.
  • Manage complex questions and issues from users, to support the organization.
  • Provide support to customer programs, by handling more complex, non-standardized issues.
  • Work with colleagues to solve issues and take ownership for finding answers.
  • Contribute to projects, encompassing design and approach.
  • Help facilitate a full candidate life-cycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of sources and inputting that data into various formats.
  • Preparation of reports and evaluations on delivered services and products, etc.
  • Develop and create more complex, not standardized reports on technical support activities.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Team player approach, ready to support and facilitate progress and performance in all areas.
  • Constant motivation to improve yourself and strive for continual learning.
  • Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) and proposes and takes action to increase the quality of products and services.
  • Thinks through situations of varying degrees of complexity and ambiguity, in order to understand them clearly.

  • Mind set to develop and grow- assessing, measuring and improving performance
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills are valuable in this role.
  • Good level of Excel user skill and similar data management tools.

As Senior Operation Officer, you will be a part of a fast growing team full of motivated and supportive people! You will also support the business in many areas; providing support to customer programs, their stakeholders and on- and off-site colleagues.
